Boeing Future of Flight is an accessible facility. Please contact Customer Service in advance at info@boeingfutureofflight.com or call +1 (800) 464-1476 for special accommodations requests.
We welcome guests who use mobility equipment including wheelchairs, scooters, and canes. A limited number of complimentary guest wheelchairs are available for use. Guests can request one at the ticket desk in the lobby. We politely ask that a piece of identification such as an ID card or driver's license be left with the ticket desk during use.
All restrooms are wheelchair accessible at Boeing Future of Flight. Restrooms are not available during the Boeing Everett Factory Tour. Please plan ahead by using the restrooms at Boeing Future of Flight prior to leaving for the tour.
The Boeing Future of Flight will employ a wheelchair-accessible vehicle to accommodate visitors who are unable to complete the standard or alternate routes to the visitor balcony. Please contact Boeing Future of Flight Customer Service at +1 (800) 464-1476 to schedule accommodations at least 48 hours prior to your desired tour date.
Service animals are welcome in all public areas of Boeing Future of Flight and on the Boeing Everett Factory Tour.
A Service Animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and does not include emotional support, comfort or companionship animals. Service Animals must be house-trained, remain on a leash or harness, and be kept under control of their handler at all times while on Boeing property. Service Animals exhibiting behavior that creates a risk to persons or property may be subject to removal.
Pets are not allowed inside Boeing Future of Flight and cannot join the Boeing Everett Factory Tour. Pets are not allowed to be kept inside of cars in our facility parking areas during your visit.
Personal translation devices can be used in all areas at Boeing Future of Flight, except during the Boeing Everett Factory Tour experience.
A sign language interpreter may be available for Boeing Future of Flight visits and Boeing Factory tours. Please call Boeing Future of Flight Customer Service at +1 (800) 464-1476 at least two weeks prior to your visit to request this accommodation.
Participation on the Boeing Everett Factory Tour requires traveling approximately .3 miles (.5km) round trip.
- The standard route to the visitor balcony overlooking the Boeing factory production and assembly area requires that visitors:
- Climb six (6) steps to access the kneeling, air-conditioned motor coach
- Descend/climb twenty-two (22) stairs
- Walk about 300 ft/100 m in a utility tunnel
- Take a 15 second elevator ride
- The alternate route to the visitor balcony requires that visitors:
- Climb six (6) steps to access the kneeling, air-conditioned motor coach
- Walk about 300 ft/100 m to the factory elevator (no additional stairs)
- Take a 15 second elevator ride
