Host Your Event at Boeing Future of Flight

Make your private event a memorable success when you host at Boeing Future of Flight. We can book your event during or after facility hours, depending upon the available spaces.

Our current hours to the general public are Thursday — Monday from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm.

Once we know the information below, a customized private event quote can be obtained. We look forward to working with you!

Let us know your preferred event date, start time, and end time (including setup and clean-up). Our various spaces have different availabilities, and we will work with you to make your event a success.

Staffed events require 30 days' notice. Most meeting rooms are available within three days.

When you pick a date, please choose a date after 2024-11-23 is required.
